Wyred provides an AI-powered financial intelligence platform that aggregates financial accounts, analyzes transactions, and delivers personalized insights through an AI assistant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. By using Wyred, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Financial Account Connections

By connecting financial accounts through Plaid, you authorize Wyred to:

  • Access and retrieve account information, balances, and transaction history
  • Store and process this information to provide our Services
  • Use AI to analyze your financial data for insights and recommendations

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from our Services
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Wyred AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. AI and Recommendations

Our AI assistant provides information and insights based on your financial data. However:

  • AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only
  • We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice
  • You are responsible for your own financial decisions
  • Always verify important information independently

9. Fees and Payment

Wyred is currently free during our beta period. We reserve the right to charge fees in the future with advance notice. Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WYRED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Wyred is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate financial data, but we rely on third-party providers like Plaid and your financial institutions. We are not responsible for:

  • Errors in data provided by third parties
  • Delays in data synchronization
  • Temporary unavailability of connected accounts

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

You agree to indemnify and hold Wyred harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
