Getting started is easy! Simply sign up at app.wyred.io/sign-up, verify your email, and follow the guided setup to connect your first financial account through Plaid. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes, and you'll start seeing insights immediately.
Wyred uses Plaid to securely connect to your financial institutions. Click "Add Account" in your dashboard, search for your bank or card issuer, and enter your login credentials. Plaid securely authenticates with your institution and shares read-only transaction data with Wyred. We never see or store your banking passwords.
Absolutely. Your data is protected with bank-level encryption (AES-256), both in transit and at rest. We use Cloudflare Zero Trust architecture, AWS KMS for key management, and follow SOC 2-aligned security controls. All connections are encrypted, authenticated, and logged. Wyred's AI analyzes your transaction history, account balances, and spending patterns to provide personalized insights and answer your questions. Your data is used only to power your personal AI assistant — we never share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or train models that benefit other users. Your financial information remains private and is used solely for your benefit.
Through Plaid, Wyred supports over 12,000 financial institutions in the United States and Canada, including all major banks (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, etc.), credit unions, investment platforms (Fidelity, Vanguard, Schwab), and credit card issuers (Amex, Capital One, Discover). If your institution isn't supported, please contact us at support@wyred.io.
Wyred is currently free during our beta period. We're focused on building the best financial AI assistant and gathering feedback from users. Future pricing will be announced well in advance, and early users will receive preferential rates. Join now to lock in early access benefits.
Wyred tracks the benefits, credits, and perks associated with your credit cards. We maintain a database of card benefits (airline credits, dining credits, purchase protection, etc.) and match them to your cards. You'll receive alerts when benefits are about to expire or when you're eligible to use specific perks. Ask your AI assistant questions like "Do I have any unused airline credits?" for instant answers.
Your account balances and transactions automatically sync multiple times per day. Most updates happen in real-time or within a few hours of the transaction. You can also manually refresh any account at any time from your dashboard. The frequency depends on your financial institution's data refresh policies through Plaid.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your financial data, account connections, and personal information from our systems within 30 days. You can also contact support@wyred.io for assistance with account deletion.
Wyred is currently available as a web application accessible from any device through your browser at app.wyred.io. The interface is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and will be announced soon.
Wyred's AI is built on advanced language models fine-tuned for financial data. It provides highly accurate answers based on your actual transaction history and account data. However, like all AI systems, it may occasionally make errors. Always verify important financial information, and feel free to ask follow-up questions for clarification. We're constantly improving the AI's accuracy and capabilities.
If you experience any technical issues, please contact our support team at support@wyred.io. Include details about the problem, what you were trying to do, and any error messages you saw. We typically respond within 24 hours and will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Connection issues usually occur when your bank credentials change or when your institution requires re-authentication for security. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account through Settings > Accounts. If that doesn't work, your institution may be temporarily unavailable through Plaid, or there may be a security hold on your account. Contact us at support@wyred.io if the problem persists.
Account sharing and collaborative features are on our roadmap but not currently available. Each Wyred account is designed for individual use. If you need to share financial information, you can export data from your dashboard. We're exploring secure ways to enable family accounts and advisor access in future updates.
